Resistance boxes

21 ohms

 2900 ohms

I was given these resistance boxes which formed part of a collection of many instruments collected by Bob Evans by his daughter Alice Kirby. Both are housed in Mahogany  boxes and are similarly constructed inside. They must date from sometime before 1919 when the company the company took over the R. W. Paul Instrument Company of Muswell Hill London and the name changed to The Cambridge and Paul Instrument Company Ltd.
